IntWork, a Maine-based company, provides recruiting and diversity hiring and retention consulting. While founded to place Engineer and Construction trades, we now have three specializations: Engineering, Finance, and IT.

We also can assist with diversity hiring for other key positions.

IntWork was founded by Stefanie Trice Gill after years of placing foreign-trained professionals in jobs pro-bono through the Maine Association for New Americans (MANA). Through this work, Stefanie has become known as a multilingual (Portuguese, French, Chinese & Spanish) connector who helps employers find diverse employees that quickly become productive and integral parts of their teams.
